JM Investment Group OÜ finances Estonian businesses. Because our name contains the word "Investment", the first thing to say is what we are not — and the second is where you can check every fact on this page yourself: the Estonian e-Business Register.
The word describes where our own capital goes — into financing businesses. It is not an invitation to place yours with us, and under Estonian law it could not be: the activities below each require their own licence, and we neither hold nor claim one.
Credit to Estonian companies for working capital, equipment, stock and receivables — on written terms.
Credit institutions are licensed by the ECB/Finantsinspektsioon. We are not one, and we hold no one's money.
Consumer credit in Estonia requires a Finantsinspektsioon authorisation. We do not lend to consumers at all.
Investment services require their own licence. We do not manage assets, offer securities or promise yields to anyone.
Each facility is tied to a purpose and a source of repayment, and quoted as a total in writing — not as a monthly payment designed to sound small.
A fixed amount for a fixed term, bridging the gap between paying suppliers and being paid by customers.
Assets that earn from the first day, financed over terms that match their working life.
Funding inventory or an order larger than reserves can carry, repaid when the customer settles.
Advances against invoices to reliable buyers, when long payment terms squeeze short payrolls.
Replacing costlier obligations with one facility — only where the written total genuinely falls.
Estonia makes verification unusually easy — most of it is online and in English. Ten minutes in two registers beats any brochure, including this one.
Confirm the company: name, registry code 14303951, seat, representatives. If a contract names different details, stop.
Anyone taking deposits, lending to consumers or offering investments must appear in the Financial Supervision Authority's lists. We make no such offers — and whoever does, must.
Rate, all fees, the schedule and the total repayable belong in the signed contract. An oral promise is priced at exactly what it costs to make.
Payments go solely to the account of JM Investment Group OÜ named in the contract — never to a private person, card or wallet.
What the money is for, what repays it, by when you need it.
Registry data and recent figures, read by a person.
Rate, fees, schedule, total — in writing, to take away.
Paid to your business account under the signed contract.
No. We do not accept investments or deposits from anyone, and we offer no products that pay a return. We are a lender to businesses; the capital we lend is our own. Any "investment offer" bearing our name is fraud and should be reported.
Usually yes. Bank credit in Estonia is generally cheaper, and if your bank will fund you on a workable timetable, that is the better deal. Non-bank finance earns its place on speed, small tickets and files that don't fit a scorecard.
No. Consumer lending in Estonia requires an authorisation from Finantsinspektsioon, and we do not hold one — so we lend only to companies and business operators, for business purposes, and decline everything else.
They depend on amount, term, purpose and security, so no honest single number fits this page. What is fixed is the form of the answer: the rate, every fee, the schedule and the total repayable, in the written contract, before you decide.
Because in finance the default should be verification, not trust. Everything in that table can be checked against the e-Business Register in minutes — which is exactly what we suggest you do with every company that wants to sign anything with you.
